Busy night last night.
Attention, Parents and Guardians: Please send in completed registration packets as soon as possible. Please note that the Residency Form MUST be completed and turned in WITH the appropriate documentation from Categories I and II. Your student is not enrolled for the 22-23 school year until we receive the required documentation. The office will not be open to the public this summer due to construction, so registration must be completed prior to the last day of school on May 19th.
Hi Field Family - If your student has a rented strings instrument or a recorder, please make sure it is turned in by May 12th. Thank you!
It has come to my attention that many within the Field community have received messages from a fraudulent gmail account associated with Mr. Hulbert. These emails were not SENT by him. It is likely someone has created an account using his name and is attempting to phish the emails' recipients. Do not open any attachments associated with this account. Keep in mind legitimate emails from Mr. Hulbert will have a sasquatch profile picture. If the sasquatch profile picture is missing, DELETE the email WITHOUT opening it.

Hello families!
We will be bringing back "Field Day" this year for grades K-7. It will take place from 8:30-12 on Thursday, May 19th. The students will be going around from station to station playing games and doing activities. We are asking for some parent/family volunteers who would be interested in being in charge of the stations when the students get to them. If anyone would like to sign up to volunteer, or would like more information, please contact Mrs. Hendrix at mhendrix@fieldpanthers.com or call 755-4611 ASAP. We are hoping for beautiful weather and a wonderful end to the school year!

Change is taking place!
OCSI will be offering $10 physicals in June and July. Proceeds will be donated back to the school. Forms are going home today so appointments can be scheduled. If you need another form visit https://www.fieldpanthers.com/documents and click on the 2022 OCSI Sports Physical Docs.

Want a piece of Field School history? The lumber from the bleachers will be sold at auction on April 30th. Staley Auctions will donate their services, and the funds from the sale of the lumber will be used to purchase a tarp to cover the new hardwood floor during programs.

The County track meet has been pushed back to Wed 4/27. There will be track practice Mon & Tues. Girls 3-4, boys 4-5
School will dismiss at 2:15 today. All car rider / bus rider notes should be called in to the office by 1:15.

We still have several Chromebooks left! At this time, we are opening up purchasing to the community. If you'd like to purchase a Chromebook for $25, you may stop by the office in the morning from 7:30 - 8:00a, or in the afternoon from 3:15 - 4:00p.

A Board of Education Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 21st at 7pm in the cafeteria. See attached agenda.
Due to the renovation project, there is no heat in most of the building. Please make sure your student is dressed appropriately. These next couple mornings will feel a little chilly! ❄❄ It's also a bit dusty, so keep that in mind, as well.
8th Grade Graduation is fast approaching!!!
Parents, if you have not submitted 3 pictures to use for the graduation slide presentation, please do so this next week.
Usually a baby picture, and current picture, and one more is chosen to use for the slides.
You can email them to me at dclark@fieldpanthers.com or send the pictures with your child (they will get the original picture back).
The 8th grade students are also completing a Biography Poem. These will be available for you to pick up at graduation and will also be used in the slide presentation.
