The 8th Grade Yearbook Committee is asking for candid photos of students (from all grades) at sports activities/school programs/any extra curricular activity to possibly be published in the yearbook. Photos can be emailed to jfenton@fieldpanthers.com with 'yearbook' in the subject line. The committee will use as many submitted photos as possible, but please understand some photos may be omitted due to space and photograph quality. The Committee appreciates your help!

PreK Parents & Guardians: The field trip scheduled for Monday, January 10th, has been cancelled. Regular classes will be held.
We will no longer be sending calendars home with individual students. Calendar and Menu information is easily accessible on the website at www.fieldpanthers.com or the app (search for Field CCSD 3 in your app store). Paper copies will be available for pick-up in the office, as needed.

Families of Field Students
Field School administration has been made aware of a Tik Tok challenge that encourages the threat of school violence. Field School takes the safety of students and staff seriously. This nationwide threat does not mention any specific school district. Field School has not been named in any specific threats.
A member of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department has notified administration of the threats against schools. We will continue to work together to monitor local and national threats against students and staff.
If you or your child hears or sees any threats made, please contact a staff member or a member of law enforcement immediately.
Tomorrow the district will continue with a regular school day as planned and we will dismiss at our previously scheduled 2:15.

Due to shipping delays with the shirts our orders will be slightly delayed. We are hopeful that they will be ready by next week and will keep everyone updated and can meet at the school as soon as we receive them.

Friday's breakfast menu has changed. There will be a cereal bar substituted for the mini chocolate donuts.
All 3rd and 4th grade girls are invited to participate in PeeWee Volleyball! This is a great opportunity to be introduced to the basics of the game.
We will practice starting in January (practice schedule will be sent as soon as possible). Please make every effort to be at practices!
Girls will need knee pads and gym shoes. (They can wear their PE shoes)
We do not play peewee games against other schools. When there is a home match, our peewee girls will scrimmage against each other before the C or JV game. Peewee games will normally start at 5pm.
Please e-mail Mrs. Hayes to let us know if your daughter is interested in playing.

We still have ALOT of spots to fill especially come January!
In order for FGS Booster Club to be a success for our school and ALL athletes we need volunteers to help!
Pee Wee needs 2 volunteers per game as those games seem to be a lot more busier then most bball games!
So again if you have a child playing or cheering please sign up to volunteer! We are asking that each parent sign up for at least 2 shifts!
We’ve tried making it so then if your child is playing later, maybe volunteer for a game your child doesn’t play in so then you can still be able to watch them play!
Any and all help is appreciated!
