Field School is seeking sealed bids for Trash Service for the 2024-2025 school year. Please submit sealed bids to Jennifer Arnold at Field School 21075 N. Hails Lane, Texico, IL 62889 by noon on July 22nd. Sealed bids will be opened on July 23rd during the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting. Field School will be having an after school program again during the 2024-2025 school year. The program will not be available on 11:30 dismissal days nor on days when school lets out for inclement weather. The cost this year will continue to be $7.50 per child per night. Forms are available under documents on our website. Families must have a $0 balance from the previous years before utilizing the program this year.

Field had six teachers attend OG training this week. We can’t wait to see how it is implemented next school year into their classrooms.

Unfortunately, Deaconess Clinic has changed their policy and will not be offering sports physicals at schools going forward. According to an email I received from Deaconess they will have a reduced cost of $45.00 for sports/ school physicals for patients that are self-pay or choose to pay for the physical in the clinics. They report all insurance payers do cover an annual wellness for children and sports / school physicals can be included in the annual wellness exam. They will have 2 providers in the clinic express to meet the needs of sports physicals quickly and efficiently on June 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 24, and 27. I am very sorry for the change in plans. Papers that were turned into school office have been turned over to Deaconess Clinic so you shouldn't have to fill them out again.
