Deaconess Clinic has agreed to come to Field on May 16, 2024 to complete free sports physicals for students who are going into 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8th grades. (Students going into 6th grade are required to have a school physical.) For your student to receive a physical you must complete, sign, and return the preparticipation physical evaluation forms. If we run out of time completing sports physicals on the 16th they will return on the morning of the 20th for those who had forms turned in. Please call the school (618) 755-4611 with any questions you may have. Forms are going out today with students! Thank you Deaconess Clinic, we appreciate you doing this for the community.
