Our Mission

Field Community Consolidated School District #3 is to be a concerned, safe, and successful learning environment that is encouraging and providing opportunities for lifelong learning for our students, staff, and community while respecting the unique needs and accomplishments of the individual.

It is the vision of Field Community Consolidated School District #3:

• To provide curriculum, professional development, and programs that encourage a safe learning environment.
• To provide avenues that will encourage lifelong learning for students, staff, and the community.
• To evaluate educational trends and implement learning experiences to reflect these new innovations as feasible.
